To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we ask that any subscription changes, pauses or cancellations are made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled order. Once you receive confirmation that your subscription has been processed for dispatch, we are unable to amend or cancel the order as it will already be on its way to you.

This returns policy applies only to products purchased directly from the RUSKO'S website. If you purchased your products through Amazon or another retailer, please contact them directly regarding their returns and refund procedures.

*We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any unopened and unused product returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ruskos.co.uk with your order number and proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take several business days to appear in your account.
