Information you give us: when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our emails or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order details. Payment details are collected and processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Information we collect automatically: when you use our website, we collect technical and browsing data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and items added to your basket. We collect some of this using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

We use your personal data to process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your purchases, send you marketing communications (only with your consent), and improve our website and services. We may measure our advertising and show ads to relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram

Some of our providers, including Shopify and Meta, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

• Order and financial records: up to 7 years, to meet HMRC and accounting requirements.

• Cookie and browsing data: in line with the retention periods set by each cookie provider.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so please take care when sharing information online.
